For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (775) 853-9696. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

It is the policy of this office to require full payment for your office exam and x-rays (if required) at the time of the exam. For your understanding, even though you may have insurance coverage, you will be responsible for balance in full of services rendered within 60 days of treatment whether or not insurance has paid. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within two to four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.





All minors must have the parent / guardian that accompies the patient to any visit, watch the patient consent video online.
